Can the regular use of Retin-A cause irritation to my skin?

Future irritaiton of Using tretinoin Every Night I just start to use retino-a micro gel 0.04%. It really quick absorb on my face without any irritaion. And even I don't apply any moisturizer also. But if I use it regularly can it be irrited my skin??

I recommend lower potency hydroquinone combined with non HQ product called Melarase. It is also beneficial to use an oral supplement called Pigmentation Relief Complex (see link) or Scler-X.  Best H Karamanoukian MD FACS
