How to get rid of visible veins and "translucent" skin?

Hi, I am very pale and have what I call "translucent" skin. You can see the pigmentation from my veins all over my body. I also have scarring which only worsens the discoloration. I'd love to get a more even skin tone. Is there anything I could do or products I could use to achieve a more even tone?

Blue veins that can be seen through the skin are called reticular veins and these are best treated by sclerotherapy. For other skin problems, you should see a dermatologist.
