One is about an A-cup and the other is about a B-cup. The way they feel uneven on my body is what bothers me, rather than how they look. I've been unable to find examples of anything similar being fixed without added implants. I absolutely don't want implants. Having a scar wouldn't bother me at all. What is my best option? Also, I wear a chest binder fairly often if that matters at all.

No need to be afraid. Simply let the water run over your body. Be sure the stream doesn't hit your scars directly and no scrubbing. Unscented/gentle soaps are preferable. Be sure to also get the okay from your operating physician allowing you to shower.
