The breast lift technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This technique can correct asymmetry of volume, shape or position.  Your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

You should be able to get fairly good symmetry with a small breast reduction on the larger breast which would involve a standard anchor incision.  These procedures are quite successful if you accept the scars and the size of the smaller breast

Hi and thank you for your question.  Asymmetries are very common and the goal of any surgical procedure (breast augmentation, breast lift, or breast reduction) would be to achieve greater symmetry with the understanding that you may never be 100% symmetric from side to side.  If you are not interested in implants at all, it is likely that a combination of lift and reduction might help to achieve better symmetry in both size and shape.  Be sure to consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an in person exam and the best recommendation.  I hope this helps and I wish you the best!
