I am currently 3 weeks post op of a breast augmentation. I feel my doctor made some really bad decisions and i was just curious to know if any other doctors make their OWN calls on the operating tables, even if it is against what the patient requested? In all of my pre op appointments i made it very clear and we were on the same page that i was going to have the incision made under the breast in the crease and have more cc's added to my right breast. When i came out of surgery he informed me that he made the incision on the areola. He acted like it was no big deal and basically just blew it off as habit. What could i do?? Nothing!! Because it was already done. I want to know how many doctors consider this a "mistake"?? He also added more to the left side instead of the right bc he said it looked better on the table. I look like a freak that has a growth on top of my breast. My left breast is not dropping at all and i've already been told that i am going to have to have ano ther surgery. I have never been so disgusted and discouraged before in my life. I wish i would've never done this and i just wanta look normal again. I need advice!!??
