Hey. So i got a rhinoplasty 11 months ago. And i know that the nose change each day. My nose looked very nice, after 5 months. Suddenly left side of my nose it became very swollen it’s like there is another layer on top. My nostril on the left side is not swollen, but it’s alle the way up and left middle. Hello. The nose - especially with thick skin - can change through 1-2 years after surgery. If the areas fluctuate, then it's likely swelling. If they don't, then it could be scar tissue or something else. Steroid injections, compressions, and taping help these areas. I would reach out to your doctor to see what can be done during the healing process. Hope this helps.

At 11 months, your surgical results are final, and are unlikely to change by waiting further.
You didn’t really include any questions, so I’m not sure what you’re hoping to get in response to your post.
To get an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally always need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Your surgeon is also the correct person to follow up with regarding any concerns regarding the outcome.
