I'm interested in having fat removed from my cheeks which to me appear too voluminous and rounded (largely due to genetics I suspect). I did have some buccal fat removed when I was younger, but interested in finding out if additional fat could be removed and/or if there are other types of treatment that could be used to reduce the volume in these areas.

Hi! Based on your photos these lumps seem to be perioral subcutaneous fat collection which has no relation to buccal fat procedure. You may consider a minor cannula liposuction, however, consult an experienced plastic surgeon for a physical examination for an ideal treatment that you should undergo.
