I had laser treatment (ND-YAg laser) done on my legs for hair removal. After having the laser, my skin become discoloured and patchy with light and dark areas. They gave me some vitamin A & C serum to apply to the legs and said it would clear up in a few months. However its been over 3 years now, and theres only been a very slight improvement. Is this discolouration likely to be permanent? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
