Hi and sorry this happened.  It is difficult to say what this will look like in the future.  Couple of questions before I could advise better.  What is your skin type and ancestry/ethnicity and were you recently sun exposed/tanned?  I looks like you have darker skin or even a dark tan from the picture and if that is the case then the treatment could have affected your normal pigment (hypopigmentation).  To be honest, it is difficult to tell you what it will look like.  There is a good possibility that if the pigment cells (melanocytes) were not completely permanently damaged, that you could "re-pigment" but there is also the possibility that you could have some long lasting residual signs of depigmented skin.  I am sorry that I could not give you a better answer.  I would definitely make sure that you let the place know about this and depending on your confidence in them, I would recommend seeing a physician who is an expert in this field to help you heal with the right skin care, sunscreen and education/advice about what to do.  Hope this helps some!
