How long does the vermillion border take to repair itself? (photos)

I am sorry to hear that you've had a couple of bad filler experiences. Based on your experience and back to back results that you weren't happy with, waiting longer is probably your best bet. The vermillion border actually heals very quickly. However, you will want to give your tissue time to heal after removal of the filler before considering additional treatments. Thanks for your question, and sorry that you are having these concerns once again. Please make your appointments in the offices of board-certified dermatologists or plastic surgeons. We understand the products better than anyone, we know the anatomy better than anyone and have the most skill to create the fullness in your lips that you want yet keep things natural and normal looking.At this point, we would use hyaluronidase to dissolve the product in there, and I do agree on waiting some time to inject again. I would wait 4-6 weeks if you were my patient, but you need the right injector this time and every time to make this the way you want.

Your lips lips do not look very good on these photos. Depending on the type of filler material used in the lips, time and enzymes  are the only thing to consider for the next year. If the lips do not shrink down, surgical excision might have to be considered. What material(s) were injected into your lips? Resubmit your question with this information.
