While fillers can be used in some instances, I don't believe it is an option for you. Fillers, typically, 'fill' things such as indentations, etc. You want to reduce your nose, so fillers are not the answer. You can have a rhinoplasty to reduce and refine your nose. You asked for options, so I do want to say your chin is small. When the chin is small, it makes the nose appear larger. Having an implant or filler to the chin to project it forward, in addition to the rhinoplasty, will better balance your face.
I like your train of thought. I have been using fillers more than ever for nasal defects, and although this is usually best to address secondary defects (following nasal trauma or surgery) we can achieve a different perception of nasal dimensions and relationships of the parts using filler for camouflage. With only one picture of your nose, I can't tell much, and with your concern that the nose is too long, the traditional approach of rhinoplasty surgery can do a nice job of giving the nose a "shorter" appearance. Other than these general comments, however, no surgeon could give you particulars without a physical exam, so see your local nasal surgery specialist for their opinion on the possibilities for your nose.
