Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with a large experience in facial surgery.  This is a tricky issue which can have long term consequences.  Experienced surgeons have learned that over time we naturally lose fullness of fat in the midcheek area and patients who had fat in this area removed at a younger age look unnaturally hollow and old at an older age.  Give this some thought before having anything done.
