Reaction to hyaluronidase - is there anything else that can be used to dissolve filler?

TT520Feb 4, 2026

I wanted to dissolve my under eye fillers as it appears to have migrated a bit and made a ‘ridge’ on my lower eye socket area. I went in and had a patch test on my inner arm. Initially was fine but after about an hour the site was red it was a little itchy. I brushed the area with my hand and felt a little lump. Later it became more obvious and looks like a mosquito bite. It went away completely after a couple of days but my injector says looks like I’m am allergic to hyaluronidase so I can’t use it. He told me to wait for the body to natrually metabolize it. But I want to see if there are other products / dissolver that I can use?
