Can i use Ketoconazole cream on my face while taking Accutane?

I am on month 7 accutane..I have seb derm redness and flaky skin in my cheekbones area.I wonder if i can apply ketoconazole cream in that area.If i pressure my finger to the red area the skin becomes white for a while and then the redness come back.

It's very important to use a good moisturizer in general while you are on Accutane. Ketoconazole cream is also fine to use, but you need a good moisturizer and daily sunscreen as well. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
