I want to start by saying, my doctor is willing to do whatever I want and I really like the plan of action we have, I just don’t see a lot of before and after pics of this approach. My doctors pics all look amazing with this approach. I am going to do BR from DD/DDD to B/C and get them high and tight. Then wait 6+ months and do the implants once everything has healed. Thoughts? Pics?

Answer: The Bellesoma Reduction instead of implants This is possible but not recommended. It would not be logical to remove perfectly good breast tissue and replace it with artificial implants. Instead, I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast Lift Hi Happy,I like your plan. One question would be if you should go through two procedures, two expenses, two anesthetics and two recoveries. Many PS would do you in a single stage. However, there is no quarrel with doing you in two. See the web link below. We do all of ours in a single stage, and this has been studied in our literature and found to be a valid way to go. You have to arrive at a solution that both you and your PS are comfortable with. All the best,Dr. Joe
