Do the veins on my feet look like sclerotherapy? Would that even be an option for what I have? (Photo)

I saw a vein specialist who wouldn’t inject them because we he said I didn’t need it. They did a vein ultra sound and my veins were healthy. Would getting sclerotherapy be an option?
