Try to keep this short. Mom of 4. Super active in the gym. Always had sort of a doming stomach, even during teenage years, my mom has the same build. Youngest is 11 months. Oldest is 13. Ive been told by a pelvic floor therapist, two obs, & my pcp that they feel a strong core behind fat and feel no diastasis separation. Ive had a few virtual consults and have been told i can do 360 with jplasma and then i have been told i need a tummy tuck. When i do the self tests i cant tell. Help!

If you want the flattest abdomen possible and are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

I use J Plasma and can tell you that it won't help you. Your skin is nothing like it was in those bodybuilding days. You have extensive periumbilical stretchmarks, which indicates poor skin elasticity. Liposuction and J Plasma will not stop you from getting a lumpy and irregular result with the appearance of excess skin. As for your muscle, I don't care who or how many people tell you, you need abdominal wall repair. What the therapist and non-plastic surgeon doctors don't realize is that abdominal wall laxity is not only due to expansion of the linea alba (diastasis between the rectus abdominus muscle), but also due to expansion of the fascial envelopes of the abdominal muscles themselves. Any plastic surgeon worth his/her salt will tell you this. Get your full tummy tuck, along with liposuction, and forget the J Plasma.

Liposuction under local with a little iv sedation can make all the right changes easily and safely without the scar and general  anesthesia of the tummy tuck.  Most patients don't need a tummy tuck anymore since the micro lipo and the bodytite/morpheus tightens skin so well on its own.  You are able to stand up during the surgery to get fine tuned so well. I don't advise jplasma since it can have some big problems.
