I would suggest micro-needling with radiofrequency like Secret to help tighten and increase collagen in your skin. You could also do minimally invasive radiofrequency treatments like Renuvion for tightening.

If your skin changed after liposuction, and the problem is not a skin problem, but rather a fat problem.
Poorly done Liposuction will have a direct correlation to what the skin looks like. The problem is due to the fact was removed, and now I’m most likely having an uneven fat distribution.
Correcting poorly does liposuction result is very difficult. Revision Liposuction can easily make things worse.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, results is much more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered this procedure are in a small minority.
