One thing to consider to that your smile is a little narrow meaning the main focus is on those four front teeth. If you were to add veneers on the canines and premolars it would bring out your smile and prehaps soften the front teeth a little to not appear so big. Another option is add some length to #7,10. I do like the step up but it may be a little too much and may be making the front teeth appear too big.
