34 Y/O with EDS- Would Sculptra or microneedling work for my buttocks? (Photos)

Question

I’m 34 yo female 5'7" 125lbs and my booty has started to deflate. I have fairly mild hEDS and I'm wondering if microneedling for a sculpture would work for me given the fact that they are meant to stimulate collagen and EDS is a collagen disorder.
