I’m 34 yo female 5'7" 125lbs and my booty has started to deflate. I have fairly mild hEDS and I'm wondering if microneedling for a sculpture would work for me given the fact that they are meant to stimulate collagen and EDS is a collagen disorder.

I do not have a definitive answer for your question but I would say that you should be safe to have the procedure seeing as the immune reaction generated by Sculptra is localized as opposed to a systemic response.
