I was left with a divot where the cannula was inserted. It was fine and healed, but after fluid collected, it needed to be drained twice. The first time about 100 cc, and 2nd time about 120 cc. The surgeon used the same spot to insert the syringe, about a week after the drainage p, the divot appeared with a hard pea size lump. Will this ever heal on its own? I’m now 6 weeks post op.

Answer: Will a divot left after abdominal lipo eventually fill back in?
Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. At 19 days you are still early in your recovery process. There is still swelling present. It can take up to 3-6 months for all the swelling to go down and see your final results. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.
Thank you for your question! Based on your photos, you would benefit from liposuction of the Buffalo hump. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon who can assess you in person, and create a personalized plan for you. Best of luck!
Hello. Congratulations on your procedure. Fat grafting may be possible. A personal examination will be needed. Pre op images as well. How long ago was your liposuction? It may be too early to evaluate your results.
