I know that I am a male, and I am aware that I am only 18 and still have the developing to continue... I just don't feel comfortable with how large and full my chin looks whenever I show my teeth. I was wondering if there is a surgery to shave it down maybe a centimeter or so.. Or any other thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Except chin implants, I am not too sure about those. I have read very mixed reviews. Thank you, in advance to whomever responds. I know these photos aren't the best.

Thanks for your question. Without photos and a personal examination it isn't possible to provide any medical advice. However, I would seek out a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in orthographic surgery. Good luck!
Chin reshaping surgery can be effective at reducing the overprotecting pointy chin especially when one is smiling. When you speak of jaw reshaping it is not clear as to exactly what you mean. A jaw that is seen as not having much definition is often referring to lack of adequate jaw angle shape....
At this point your jaw and chin are not going to grow to get any appreciably bigger. While mandibular growth can continue slightly until age 21, over 95% of your jaw growth is complete. Chin projection/prominence can only be improved at this point by surgical chin augmentation.
