What surgical options are available to bring the maxilla forward? I'm 18.

My maxilla isn't seriously defected, yet i would like it brought forward like Sean O'pry's. I was wondering who i will need to speak to and what the procedure is called?How much would it cost? Plus, how long would the recovery take?

At this point your jaw will not get any bigger. You might want to consider chin surgery to advance the bone

Often these wrinkles form from an overactive muscle on the chin.It's worthwhile to consider botox in that area.  Sometimes if there is a chin deficit (or a lack of chin tissue) we'd use a filler.

Your x-ray and photos are very helpful. You have a Class II dental bite.  This means your lower jaw did not grow as much as it should have. The best option is to align the teeth again by orthodontics and bring the lower jaw forward.  This would take about 16 months. Second...

If the jaw is small, I recommend orthodontics and jaw advancement. X-rays would be helpful in diagnosis.
