I’m a 22 year old female who has dark spots on the outer corners of my eyes and I would love to find out a way to fix it? I’ve had them at least the past 10 years but it’s gotten to bad I refuse to leave my house without any concealer on because it makes me look so ill I absolutely hate the way I look and my self confidence is extremely low. What can be done to help?
Answer: Recommend doing CO2 laser to help lighten these areas Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started. Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Skin Discoloration Hi zombieeyes! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Shah Facial Plastics. Based on the image, I recommend trying the PiQo4 laser. This laser treatment uses minimal heat and is used to target brown spots, sun spots, and hyperpigmentation. I hope this helps and best of luck!

Answer: Consider Superficial Peels For Fading Facial Brown Spots The use of a series of in-office superficial peels, such as high concentrations of glycolic and salicylic acid, Jessner's solution or low concentrations of TCA, are well-known, simple and inexpensive approaches to lightening all kinds of brown spots and dark skin stains, especially if accompanied by the at-home application of prescription strength bleaching agents. No need for expensive light and energy-based "bells and whistles" gizmos whose hard science to support their use continues to lag woefully behind the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz to promote them. You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
