Hello, thank you for your inquiry regarding how to get rid of butt injection scars. There are several ways to get rid of butt injections scars. Buttock scars as can be minimized with application of silicone-based scar fading creams. Alternatively, the buttock scars can be faded with bleaching creams like hydroquinone. If the butt scars are still more disfigured, the butt scars can be resurfaced with an ERB:YAG or a FRAXEL laser. Alternatively, if the butt scars or even deeper, they may need to be surgically excised. 
However, you not just be considering your buttocks car. As a medical professional specializing in this field, I would suggest you have your buttock silicone removed as soon as possible. Silicone biopolymers are commonly used in the face and body. They may sometimes cause noticeable symptoms that we gauge using the Karamanoukian Soft Tissue Reaction Grading Scale from I to V.
