Should I get juvederm in my marionette lines now or in a year once I've lost 50 lbs? (photo)

Products used for filling are temporary as it is. Most of the product after a year will be dissolved. Therefore, you can get the product now to help with your marionette lines and then have another treatment in a year anyway. The choice is yours. If you lose a large amount of volume in your face you may not be a candidate for filler. Hard to say. All the Best.

Receiving Juvederm injections now will be effective and will help you achieve your desired look, but if you lose weight there is a possibility that you will need more filler once you have lost it. 

Juvederm Ultra Plus works well in the marionette area. The filler typically lasts 6-12 months in this area (all patients are different in terms of the longevity of hyaluronic acid fillers). It is likely that after losing 50 pounds you might require more filler than you do now but there shouldn't be a problem with having Juvederm treatments now despite your plan to continue to lose weight.
