The line you are referring to is known as the labiomental crease. The best treatment to reduce its appearance in a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler. The filler is injected into the dermal layers to smooth away the line from the inside out. This procedure does require precision and expertise in terms of needle placement and dosing. This area responds very well to dermal fillers that are Hyaluronic Acid based (ex: Juvederm, Restylane) which can last you about a year. For longer lasting results I like using Bellafill (this filler is made of collagen combined with a collagen stimulating agent). Bellafill is FDA approved to last 5 years and is considered more of an injectable "implant."  Radiesse (Calcium Hydroxylapatite) is also a longer lasting alternative. Great question and I hope this helps!  Dr. Dima

This is known as the labiomental crease.  It can be reduced with the injection of Hyaluronic acid fillers. Results can last up to a year but I would recommend a review at about 9 months. 

I would recommend a consultation first as in some cases we also treat the chin with Botulinum toxin.

The sharp angle that you don't like can be improved with dermal fillers which last about 1- 1.5 years depending on which product is used. The filler injection treatment needs to be repeated, however, unlike surgery. 
It is important to understand what causes this angle/line in the chin. Is it that your lower teeth and jaw are too far back? Is it your chin that is too small? Is it that your chin muscle (mentalis) is too large compared to where your lower teeth are? Proper diagnosis of the cause may be more important to sustain a long term solution, rather than treating temporarily to mask it.
