How effective is Accutane on pores size and skin texture post Accutane?

It is true that low dose accutane can be used to improve oily skin and pore size as well as stubborn acne. But this is not considered "anti-aging". Tretinoin (Retin-A) has the most evidence for use as an anti-aging product. Best wishes,
