Thank you for your question.  I would advise you to research board certified plastic surgeons in South Africa by looking at their websites, especially their before and after photos.  These photos will give you a good indication of what you can expect from your procedure, if you are deemed to be a candidate for a Brazilian butt lift.All the best,Dr. JSB
