, 53 years old going through menapause. Dark pigmentation under eye area. Pigmentation under eye for a long period. What is the best option? Also for the white bumps?

We deal with this type of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation a lot. I would recommend starting the Melarase Brightening Kit regimen followed by Clear and Brilliant laser later to enhance effect.  Best,  Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

There are so many different options for skin lightening. I would start with a shorter interval and increase if necessary. After treatment, I would recommend Melarase AM and Melarase PM with Melapads to maintain results. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
