Can fillers or fat removal substitute for orbital decompression surgery effects (for graves oftalmopathy)? (Photo)

I have symptoms of graves oftalmopathy for 2 y. Mri scan says it is innactive. I receive botox for lid retraction every 6 months ( wears off after 2-3). I am very unhappy about my appearence.I wonder if it can be fixed with fillers of fat removal. Is orbital decompression surgery the only option I have left to be my old self again? (llast photo are my eyes before graves disease)
