I am from Toronto and have done Jaw and Chin lipo in Feb 2013. And I feel my bottom Jaw lines teeth’s are gone inside after lipo. And I have speech difficulties in spelling certain words (F,# 4). Do I need to consult a dental surgeon or cosmetic surgeon?

I have performed hundreds of these cases and have never had a patient experience difficulty speeking after jaw/chin liposuction.Consult with your surgeon and if not satisfied seek a second opinion from a Board Certified Plastic SurgeonBest wishes

I have never seen changes to the teeth or speech after one of these procedures.  However, he may be holding your chin or jaw in a certain position due to swelling or discomfort.  He may also have some impaired lip movement from the procedure which certainly can happen and is normally temporary.  Follow up with your surgeon and if need be you can see your dentist
