2 weeks after second Vivace treatment and I am still left with grid marks. How can I resolve this quickly? (photo)

I have seen some individuals treated with the Vivace have post-treatment effects such as yours, particularly when I am treating at the more powerful 1 MHz (megahertz) setting. So this is not abnormal. The tracking or gridmarks can take a few weeks to resolve and I think that you should have a very nice result in the end. I would suggest using a gentle cleanser, a good moisturizer and of course sunscreen on your treated areas. You can always use makeup to cover the areas while this tracking resolves. 

Thank you for your question.  Your concerns are completely valid.  Post-treatment downtime such as this usually resolve much more rapidly than 2 weeks. I think this happened because the settings were too aggressive for your skin and will need to be adjusted for your next treatment. Having said that, your results will be worth the downtime.  Post treatment clinical skincare is absolutely vital for healing the skin rapidly and improving the results of any office treatment. Vivace patients at my practice are sent home with post treatment instructions and skincare. These small things improve the experience of the patient and their satisfaction with my practice and the treatment.
