Hi and thank you for your time. I want to get rid of some sun spots on my face & chest. One doctor said BBL another doctor said Excel-V laser. I am fair skinned Eastern European descent, prone to hyperpigmentation and very mild sun induced melasma. Is either one OK or better or worse for that skin type? Thank you so much
