31 years old / 2 kids/ total weight Loss of 68 pounds. I'm currently 5'3 and 127 pounds. I have cellulite, banana roll underneath my butt, butt saggy, and feel like skin is loose on thighs. I'm not a candidate for BBL not enough fat according to 3 different doctors. I had tummy tuck and lipo 3 years ago. Butt started sagging after lipo underneath my butt & then developed a banana roll. I had surgery at 165 lb and lost my last 38 lb after my surgery. Suggestions on improving my areas of concern
Answer: Tummy tuck thigh lift mastopexy arm lift buttock augmentation buttock lift bodylift expert brachioplasty mastopexy LBL FDL Thank you for your question regarding what to do about your banana roll and the excess skin and fat on the thigh. Thank you for your pictures. Congratulations on your weight loss. I would suggest a buttock lift or a posterior body lift for your specific case. In this procedure, the incision starts at the end of your tummy tuck scar. The incision goes on top across the buttock to the buttock crack and then to the contour lateral tummy tuck scar. This will eliminate buttock excess skin, fat, and cellulite and lift the banana roll if you have liposuction of the banana roll. I believe it will make your condition worse, not better. Considering you have excess skin and fat on the buttock and the banana roll. The best thing to do is a posterior body lift. Bringing the incision over the lateral hip will also achieve a lateral thigh lift. The eventual scar will be 360 around your body, resulting in an eventual scar pattern like a 360 circumferential lower body lift. Thank you for your question regarding what to do to treat your banana roll and thighs. I hope this helps to answer your question. Thanks. Answer: Banana Roll If you had lipo in the area, it can very hard to correct this area at all. If the roll is from buttock laxity, then a buttock lift could help. You'll need an exam from an experienced surgeon to figure this out. An inner thigh lift done with a vertical incision can sometimes improve the area. Directly removing the banana roll is rarely a good option, as the area does not lend itself to a good lift.

Answer: Banana roll The banana roll is often caused by the dropping or sagging of the buttock above which folds the thigh skin into banana shape. You can test this by grabbing your buttock and lifting it up gently, if the roll disappears then you might be a candidate for a buttock posteriorlateral thigh lift. If it is still there as a fat roll, then simple liposuction might be the answer, but I rarely see that. See a surgeon who does a lot of body lifting work. Good luck.

Answer: Consider the following options Thank you for your question, my suggestion in your case is that you could start by doing exercises to strengthen and define the muscles around that area, the second option would be placing implants in the buttocks to strain their sagging, and then performing a liposuction in the upper thigh area to define its shape and create a division between thigh and buttocks.

Answer: How to remove banana roll? Will a body lift help or thigh lift? Yes, all experienced surgeons know liposuction under the buttock will make the problem worse. Short of cutting away the tissues and leaving a scar in the fold or doing an upper buttock lift with a scar across the upper buttock, there is no really good answer.
