Bringing the incision over the lateral hip will also achieve a lateral thigh lift. You'll need an exam from an experienced surgeon to figure this out. An inner thigh lift done with a vertical incision can sometimes improve the area. You can test this by grabbing your buttock and lifting it up gently, if the roll disappears then you might be a candidate for a buttock posteriorlateral thigh lift.
