I have a very thin face, the lower half though- doesn't look quite right to me. I want a more defined chin and jawline, as opposed to my current one. I find when I smile, I especially don't like the look of the lower half of my face. My chin gets very long looking. I may even consider cheek implants if that would balance out my face. What can be done in your opinion to help achieve a better over all look?
