Can I change a long Mid Face?

I don't like my long mid face, and feel as though I would benefit from altering my jaw/chin area. I have a weak jaw and not much width in my face. I don't like how long my chin gets when I smile. I want a face that looks more put together and think lowering my face or making it appear that way would help.

You appear to have a growth pattern which has a 'shallow' cheekbone/midface area, long tapering jawline without notable width to the 'angles' of the jaw near the ear; and the narrow chin which looks long, when you smile due to the muscle pull. Ideally, review the xrays with a surgeon and consider an approach to address all the areas, particularly the jawline augmentation/width recontouring; along with possible malar augmentation.
