Can I change a long Mid Face?

I don't like my long mid face, and feel as though I would benefit from altering my jaw/chin area. I have a weak jaw and not much width in my face. I don't like how long my chin gets when I smile. I want a face that looks more put together and think lowering my face or making it appear that way would help.

A sliding genioplasty can improve mentalis strain and lower lip incompetence, particularly if the vertical dimension in decreased and the horizontal dimension is increased. A septorhinoplasty will improve nasal airway breathing and may decrease mouth breathing but will not improve lip incompetence.
