My face is short and wide, and I'd like to add more vertical height to my chin/lower face area. My eye to chin height is only 11.5cm, while my eye to top of the head measurement is 12cm. I think the former should be bigger than the latter. My lower jaw is recessed a little bit, but my teeth alignment seems fine. I have a deep bite too so my face looks "squished". What kind of operations could add another 0.5-1cm to my lower part area? I think more height and projection would be the best.
