5'11, age 48, 250lbs with fibromyalgia, what can be done for multiple lipomas?

I have fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, hypothyroid. The issue is, I already have tons of pain from fibromyalgia, but now I have multiple lipomas (over 40). 16 are in my abdomen area. I believe these impact my ability to lose weight and also are vastly increasing may pain levels. Another 10 on my arms....one larger one on my back. Is there anything that can be done to remove multiple lipomas on abdomen with minimal scarring?
