My lower face has bothered me for awhile. Probably something more permanent but open to all suggestions. Looking for options on how to make my face more symmetrical/propositional, and all around more attractive. Thank you in advance for your help and time.

Looking for the symmetry of the face one had to analyse the differences and also the reason underneath the asymmetry. 
In this case, it looks like most of the asymmetry in the lower part of the face is to do with the width and the length of your jaw. Due to this reason most likely for a more permanent solution you would need a  bone reshaping surgery. Alternative treatments that may not last as long would be the Fat Injections over the shape of the jaw in order to create a new contour. Of course, one may use instead of fat dermal fillers. in this case, the results will be even more short-lived.
