Answer: I have one eye brow that's significantly lower than the other. I would like to see my options on fixing it. (photo) It always best to try the simplest things first. Botox would be the first thing to try. Botox weakens muscles, and if used appropriately on the right side of your forehead, without overdoing it, it should make a nice improvement.

Answer: Browlift Depends on which eyebrow you prefer. The right one is pretty high. To lower that you could use some botox in the forehead which will drop it down. If you like the high brow, you need to elevate the left side which can be done with an endoscopic browlift on just the one side.

Answer: Brow asymmetry Thank you for your question and for posting your photo. You are lifting your forehead in the photo, so it is not really possible to determine the natural brow position at rest. If you can, please post another photo with your forehead truly at rest (i.e. not lifting the forehead/brows). Based on the fact that you are young, I suspect much of the asymmetry you notice can be improved using neuromodulator, such as Botox, Dysport or Xeomin. Your best option is to seek an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon.

As you can see in your photograph your right eyebrow lifts much higher than the left eyebrow. This assymetry in forehead lifting can often be corrected with botox injections. If the eyebrow are actually droopy meaning that they sag or droop when your forehead muscles are relaxed then the best treatment is endoscopic brow lifting which can lift the forehead and correct some brow assymetry. Prices can range from $500 to $$7500 depending on the treatment option.

The muscles of expression in the forehead including the corrugator and frontalis muscles can also be adjusted. The hairline can also be adjusted upwards or downwards as well, depending upon placement of the incision. The decision to perform brow lift is made at rest, not upon animation of the eyebrows
