I had a tooth implant surgery #19 and an extraction #18 48 hours ago. I have stitches on #18 site and I noticed that my blood clot #19 is gone now. Is it something I should worry about or not? I am concerned about a dry socket...

You don't say if your dentist placed the implant or whether it was an oral surgeon or periodontist. I would suggest seeing a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who does lots of implants. Have them do a complete exam and consultation and see what they think your options are.
