I had a tooth implant surgery #19 and an extraction #18 48 hours ago. I have stitches on #18 site and I noticed that my blood clot #19 is gone now. Is it something I should worry about or not? I am concerned about a dry socket...

Hi:
Normally the blood clot dissolves after 48 hours.  The key is if there is any pain with the site, otherwise all is healing normally.  As always it is best to inform your surgeon of any changes you notice with the surgery site.

If you experience a "dry socket"....you typically will be in a lot of pain.  So if you start having pain, definitely contact your treating dentist!  I am sure they have you scheduled for a post op check on your implant placement, so they will check your healing then too.
