Breast Reduction Surgery 15 months ago, scarring is now thick and sore, what can be done about it?

I had reduction surgery 15 months ago. 6 months out my scars looked great now they are larger thick and sore and I put Vitamin E and Massaged it in several times a day. What can be done about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can easily become simple mastectomies if that is what is desired.  Unless there is a huge weight to remove, this is not covered by insurances, as minimum weights are needed to qualify for that.  Cost for a simple mastectomy with nipple grafts would run around $5500-$6000 in my town.  This co...
