Everyone in my family has significant upper tooth show upon repose and while talking I do not I believe braces worsened this for me. I’m very insecure about smiling and talking naturally and have been for several years. I have a very short philtrim so I am not sure. Maybe my teeth are small? I thought it may be the position my jaw has developed from wearing hawley retainers at night and not having proper tongue posture? Please help with advice on how to fix this!
