Approximately five weeks after my thread lift a barbed thread started to work its way out and in same area an inch long dent formed. My practitioner treated me with antibiotics and decided it was best to remove entire barbed thread. Under the dent is gummy scar like tissue. With thread removed will dent ever go away? It’s long and deep and still discolored. Entire procedure did nothing for me. There was no lift effect at all and now I’m left with dent and scar. What will fix this permanently?

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works...
