Barbed thread poking out, large dent in my face - what will fix dent permanently? (photo)

I gave up using threads many years ago when their results proved, at best, not to last much longer than those achieved with fillers and their complication rate of infections, spitting out of stitches, dimpling, skin puckering and indentations proved much too high and too frequent. I have been cautioning my regular followers to avoid this procedure for these reasons for many years already. Sorry. That being said, subcision, which I have been routinely performing for nearly three decades, is a simple, relatively inexpensive technique for elevating and smoothing all kinds of indentations and indented scars.
