Nonsurgical breast lift options to improve asymmetry and volume loss? (Photos)

Hi, I had alloclae to improve asymmetry and loss of volume to upper breasts. My right one was overall very small A cup while left breast had lower volume and no alloclae added below nipple but sags lower and to left. Alloclae added some upper volume and cleavage but wondering if a lift on just my left breast would help with symmetry. My right breast is bigger naked but wearing a bra does bring left one in to lift and even. It probably could uss a little more volume. Would thermi lidt or any other non surgical procedures work or adding sculptra? I do not want to add more alloclae as this is the result of 225 cc over 2 sessions. I’m 46, 117 pounds with minimal fat.

Based on your description, the main issue is true asymmetry with left-sided ptosis (sagging) plus some volume differences between the breasts. While you’ve already improved upper pole fullness with fat transfer (likely what you’re referring to as “Alloclae”), non-surgical options have important limitations.

Devices like ThermiLift or other radiofrequency treatments are often marketed as “nonsurgical lifts,” but in reality they provide only very mild skin tightening. They do not significantly reposition the nipple or lift breast tissue, so they won’t meaningfully correct asymmetry like yours.

Sculptra is also not ideal in this setting. It may improve skin quality slightly but does not provide true lift, and in the breast it carries a risk of nodules or uneven texture—especially in thinner patients with minimal soft tissue.

Since your asymmetry improves in a bra, that suggests structural ptosis on the left side, which non-surgical treatments cannot fix. A unilateral breast lift (mastopexy) on the left would directly address nipple position and shape, giving the most predictable symmetry.

If additional balance is needed, subtle volume adjustment (fat or implant) on the right can be considered—but the lift is the key step.

In short: non-surgical options won’t meaningfully lift; a targeted surgical lift will.
