Nasal sill cut off after lip lift? (Photo)

The scar is still red and indented and the worse part as you can see my nasal sill looks like its dented too!!or like cut off suture was there! Will it ever look normal again ? Please help !

Yes, you would benefit from a lip lift revision. The scar on the right side appears quite thickened and needs to be excised. You also have a deep nasolabial fold on that side as well. A lip lift will improve it but you may want fat transfers as well. Fat transfers can be performed to the...

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Hi, I like to make sure the filler is dissolved at least two weeks in advance. This allows for some of the swelling to be relieved, and will have a much more accurate anatomical vision of what your lip looks like. If this is not doable a weeks time maybe adequate

That is not likely but aging is definitely the reason for loss of lip volume, projection, thinning. Fillers and lip lift in selected patients would create nice improvement.
