Would I be a good candidate for Alarplasty? Right nostril sill is a different size. (photos)

I recently had a revision rhinoplasty/ septoplasty mainly to correct nostril assymetry. I am wondering if alarplasty would correct the remaining issues bc I really do not want a do over. Right nostril sill is a different size and I'm seeing a creasing in the inside of the nostril, not sure if that affects anything. Also left nostril has a nice opening and right nostril sits lower with a slant. Also have a small indention which I'm still not sure why it's so pronounced. Thank you!

Although I am aware of various forms of alarplasty and commonly do them, I have never performed what you describe and show. I think it is a bad idea and very risky to create a weird appearance. I advise against it
