Which type of specialty surgeon would be best for Septoplasty for a deviated septum?

A facial surgeon (cosmetic) or an ENT? I'm concerned about an ENT's devotion to aesthetic issues and a cosmetic surgeon's ability to correct the therapeutic issues. There are board certified plastic surgeon ENTs in my area. Thanks!

You have caudal septal deviation which may be associated with nasal structural deviation too. Correction of this deformity is done on regular basis since it is very common. The caudal septal cartilage can be straightened by a number of techniques or can be reveresed and replaced.
