Itching after BBL 1/23/18 -- will Benadryl help?

Itching is a normal part of healing. Sometimes can be quite bothersome so Benadryl does help to counter act the effect of the process that causes itching. Other things you can do is use topical sunburn creams with mint or other refreshing additives. Just always remember to check first with your surgeon prior to using anything that relates to your surgery. 

It is not at all uncommon to have itching during the healing process and Benadryl will help.  It is worth checking with your surgeon to make sure that it not something more than just normal healing symptoms.
