This is likely swelling and not the actual filler but this can be reversed with hyaluronidase. If you are happy with your previous injector voice your unhappiness this time and continue to go with them.  you may want to consider cannula injection in the future.  Best, Dr.Emer.

I find that this lasts a little longer than the rest of the face. so 6-12 months would be the time to reinject.  I suggest a small amount of botox to the nasalis muscle at the same time to help the filler stay longer.  Best, Dr. Emer.
